2021 CR: signed by SE
2022 CR prospectus: signed by Se
ARs (2022 and 2023): signed by SE.
(All) Half Year reports were always signed by BrianAllen.
Most recent Half Yearly report (2002, 2023 and 2024)all signed by Brian Allen.
There does not seem to be any indication of any changere: who in EWC signs what kind of documents.
As to the matter of ‘financial stress’ SE mightexperience, I can only rely on the statement contained in the 29 Feb 2024 HalfYearly which refers to the fact that “the directorshave received a commitment from EWI which states that it is willing and capableof providing additional funding to allow the Group to continue as a goingconcern should alternative sources of funding not materialize in a timelymanner”.
Are you saying that this EWI commitment to EWC is a lie andthat the auditors have been negligent/careless/duped and not verified theextent to which EWI finances can back up this commitment?
