What made me think of this scenario is a conversation I heard many years ago where it was put to BA why don't you hold stock and he intermated it was through EWI .
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it registered in the Carman Islands and knowing who the shareholders are would be impossible to find out.
I never inferred EWI was insolvent... Perhaps only one of its shareholders.
