What more do you want than his signature? His name neverappeared on any announcement in the past.

This implies to me that this someone has got the ‘necessary’financial clout. Now, in your 19.05pm post, you state that

Or was your 16.13pm claim correct at that time, but that in less than 3 hours, the most important thing to concentrate is the fact one of EWIs shareholder may be insolvent?
