For a good number of years I was blaming ASIC, ASX for allowing such companies to exist and such directors to operate what is nothing short of daylight ro berry ... On a rethink I was naive ... companies and shareholders helping them to exist are bread and butter for ASIC and ASX ... and hey, if you could take advantage of people and sit on several hundred dollars a year without doing anything, or in fact, travel around and spend money on what you like, would you not do the same as a "director"?!?!?! So, I have come to the conclusion that for as long as there are idiots putting their hard earnt money in such companies, the merry goes around.
