So my understanding is the EPA is "awaiting comments from the Commonwealth Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environmentand Water" for AN ERD
Then, once received the RTS is provided back to management with said comments, the company (VRX) will then need to compile and re submit the "response to submissions" document to the EPA.
