they got lot of sand ready to ship to asia
..
just like all developers, they need $$$$$ lot of cash...
they expect production in 2025 next year but... can they get there without diluting shareholders......
it be good if they have a jv or contracts...
this is good news for people who going buy vrx after capital raise...
bad for current shareholders....
