Most of their current cash is from about a $4m loan to cover future VAT refunds from the Tanzanian govt I think? If you look at asx listed IDA they have had a saga with the Tanzanian govt still ongoing but stemming I think from actions from a previous government..

So under the current Tanzanian govt maybe getting the VAT refunds wont be an issue but there is longer term an election expected next year 2025 in Tanzania so hopefully the current and future government remain friendly to explorers.
