Yeah well if its accurate Renergen can drill for $80k per well maybe Noble can do a well for $100k into the shallow gas cap.
If so maybe they don't need to raise. But all the equipment and personnel to do appraisal still might cost a few million. $100k thereafter maybe the cost of wells into a shallow gas gap once they know the lay of the land from the appraisal maybe.
