My comment did not infer that there is a consolidation on the horizon at this stage - only that the last consolidation was required due to SOI and the impact that would have occurred with any CR - so was only replying to posters comment.
but you watch as more CR's recur and SOI increase a consolkidation will occur and rinse repeat. - all imo.
