This is a common clause in this type of "5-day-cleanse" prospectus.
I am never happy with it. IMO, it is a means of legitimising earlier not-disclosed dealings.
NRZ has been suspended for more than five days in the last 12 months.
I find the whole situation confusing.
Can someone please give me an alternative view?
