It's not "will" help @GCar, it's MAY help. The outcome is the difference between whether it's a fact or just your opinion. And the outcome remains to be seen, therefore it's just your opinion. It's not that hard for you to understand, is it?
Yes ATL provided capital to the company. How those funds are used remains to be seen. Until we know how those funds are expended, and whether the company even produces again in the future, you cannot factually say that it helps/helped enable future supply. It's simple really; you just need to understand the difference between "will" and "may". Basic English.
