Hey, getting approval for the 24,000TPA plant... sure, why not? I can actually see that being possible.
Getting hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding for the expansion, based on a design which we all literally know does not work, is extraordinarily unlikely. In the very unlikely even it does happen, it would dilute existing holders to irrelevance and still it would probably just be another project doomed to failure like the previous two plants.
When you prove your design doesn't work, twice, it's going to be tough to find someone wanting to throw hundreds of millions of dollars at you so you can do it again.
Why would ATL manage it? They make batteries, not produce lithium carbonate. Do you not think AGY can manage it? If so, why are you holding?
I really don't think remaining holders have grasped the situation.
