Dividends are way off but REEs have received focus since Trump said he wanted Greenland and Ukraine to get them. That is just his way of saying that they are critical metals and China will not be permitted to control their supply but rather the US should. VHM has indicated that they will need an equity raise in combination with debt funding. Nothing surprising there and so punters are pushing down SP in anticipation, prior to the usual pump and dump from brokers once VHM are ready to move.
