    It was conditional on ARU taking FID on Nolans which they still haven't done. The JV gave them several chances to extend it.

    I don't imagine it was ARU's choice to end it, they would much rather be getting gas from the Amadeus than from the still-unproven Beetaloo.

    It may be that the JV feel they can get better prices elsewhere.
