Rather than calling an EGM should we call the lawyers instead.
Right now the only party at the table who's still in the money is Exalo. Their rig contract ends in December.
Once the lawyers come in and see any prospect of class action, Exalo may have 2nd thoughts about whether IVZ can pay out rest of the contract as well as the demob costs.
If Exalo pulls the trigger and calls time then domino effect is on for everyone at the table.
For Zim govt gas stays in ground regardless of PPSA.
For SM / BOD there is no getting back on field with less cash by the day, not to mention ongoing salaries / fees / incentives.
For potential partners there is either no future profit from project, or risk having to pay higher back costs with demob then remob by Exalo or another provider, which is a backfire if they are hoping to get a cheap deal when IVZ is in a weak negotiating position.
Perth brokers licking their chops. Massive dilution incoming for holders.
Lets see who's bluffing and who needs to pull their finger out.
