While this is all good, you might want to be careful if it is true that you have visited and are engaged in conversations with ground staff about what you write in a public forum.
Personally, I would love to visit the area where we are investing. I have a few Ecuadorian students in my cohort studying Project management here, and I enjoy conversations with them about this area.
My direct comms with the company have never led me to believe this won't come to fruition. It's just taking a long view of this investment and the hope we dont get diluted to Timbuktu.
At the price of gold now, we should have a good-sized team, hand-picking it out of the ground and selling it, so we dont have to raise.. lol. .
