Ah, thank you - apologies I overlooked that. So that reduces the trade payables to more like ($10.88M) so leaves them only ($1.13M) in a hole which they can solve by paying out other creditors in shares if they'll accept it (although this just creates more selling pressure). But it effectively leaves them with no cash and they can't trade insolvent; outside of Chemphys funding they must have to consider another raise to get them through the next 12 months.
