The debt relates to downstream refining investment with LG which will improve revenues through increased vertical integration Also very easy to just ignore depreciation and point to the bottom line loss . Its what is unknown or bad that could cause negative sentiment as reports go this is ok with no dire warning, there is no shinning of turds here
