A couple things after quickly scanning the report:
1. There's a dispute with the tax agency about VAT recoverability. Even if that's resolved, it likely means increased legal fees.
"The Company’s Bosnian subsidiaries are party to a dispute with the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosniaand Herzegovina regarding the recoverability of VAT incurred on its exploration expenditure and alsoVAT previously recovered."

2. The auditors note that "a material uncertainty exists that maycast significant doubt on the Consolidated Entity’s ability to continue as a going concern."
