    The number of shares currently on issue is 30,615,140 (see Note 17 in the financial statements), so that is the figure that should be used for calculating [pre-dilution] NTA.

    The "~ 21,995,000" figure in Note 19 is a weighted average of shares on issue over a period of time for the purposes of calculating earnings per share - that can't be directly extrapolated to NTA.
