https://**.st/stocks/au/consumer-services/asx-jin/jumbo-interactive-shares This mob now values Jumbo @ $3.06 which is hilarious as they valued it at well over $5 at the beginning of the year. Jumbo is entering a new era of growth and stability, with roughly $50m in cash and likely huge upside from 'Set for Life', access to Qld customers, TAH's Keno, further Charity growth, Lottoland ban, special dividend, and the long awaited elusive $70m+ jackpot(!?!), not to mention a likely takeover bid post TTS/TAH merger, even more likely after they take up their JIN options in May 2018, when the hopefully merged entity will hold a 20% stake. Why would TTS/TAH wait? The current MK of $172m would make it likely possible to take out for say $300m (or $6/share)? - or wait say 5 years, on average 20% sales growth y.o.y might require a $500m bid? ($10/share) Might be a case of sour grapes, where's them apples? - for the investors who've missed out? Revenue this FY of roughly $170m plus cash of $50m = $220m or $4.40/share would be my estimated fair value. JIN should also be re-admitted into the All Ords and possibly push an ASX300 entry? allowing some funds to start accumulating, analyzing, researching etc. Hard to see what could go wrong? Then again, we've been at $3.29 before (in 2010) and seen it all fall apart.
