Just catching up on some HY results and MAQ still one of the better ones. Surprised it came off a bit on the actual result, but guess it ran up hard in advance.
Also probably a bit of risk around next twelve months - the high investment and associated depreciation costs from North Ryde might see earnings track sideways until they can start to generate a return there. Still, they've managed it well so far.
Much closer to my fair value (now sitting at $13.60) than it's been before, but am willing to hold.
