Given the personal skin in the game Fish, of both SER and VXL, one would think that MM and AR will go above and beyond the call of duty to get Uley back on track,and thus SER.
If they/WE can raise the cash to pay off both the secured and unsecured debt of VXL,or negotiate a phased debt repayment scheme plus raise some cash , is phase #1 of the original Uley plan still open to them and us ,to get enough cash together for the plans as per the last VXL operational update?
Not to sure how existing VXl would fair under this plan.
To have a realistic show of raising enough cash,one would think the Ionic listing will have to be a good one,in terms of the cash the cornerstone investors come to the table with,or maybe just a couple big names will be enough, perhaps ?
I see no point looking at a drilling campaign up in Queensland, the quickest and easiest path to cash flow for SER is Uley IMHO.
