I note from page 10 that overdue trade receivables increased.
Page 16, the Independent Auditor qualified 'going concern' noting that current liabilities are more than current assets and that a loss had been made for the year.
Other than that, they have no economic moat and it is a difficult sector.
The Catalano name is well known and respected in WA. I wish them well.
