deeply concerning managements inability to have unresolved material issues (plural) with Shenghe. PEK management have had how many years to resolve it?!?
few halfwhits on here will call this ‘macro’ environment.
makes me wonder if shenghe are intentionally playing on peaks weak/incompetent management to their advantage, stalling time, burning cash (1m salaries, 20 people doing not a whole lot etc) ultimately leading to more ‘emergency’ cap raises which we know they love to do.
the only thing pek management have been on time for is cap raising.
my advice to peaks sloppy management is to announce an update to the shenghe deal now with the #36 delay - clearly isn’t happening. We should not be finding out news in half yearly reports or quarterly update. The intent of the half yearly reports and quarterlies is to recap the period not announce new info - and to do it after market on a Friday is typical peak. Deeply concerning.
it’s time they inform shareholders of their inability to deliver and we should now know what the material issues are. It’s been years….
