They have been very successfull in the past accumulating initially into a mountain of retail sellers without causing the price to increase drastically which is the only negative. They have even been able to buy shares off market well below market price of recent with the previous 6 month creeping provision which I highlighted here 6 months ago. I do not know how this happened and what insto was happy to sell at such a discount at the time, the transactions did not make any sense??

Therefore it may be a case of forget about any SP appreciation over the coming weeks even with drilling results or reserve update untill Delphi have had their opportunity to accumulate more if they seek to utilise their creeping provision.
