Still believe the transactions are all left pocket/right pocket. The way that the buy and sell sides marry up almost exactly a lot of the time.
The BS activity is what we've experienced since August 2023 (when Regal became a sole source lender and major shareholder with another 24M options).
Just grinding everyone down for a low ball offer is my guess. We'd all take 40-50c nowadays. Given up.
And the new board member/s being recruited - taking a while don't you think? Next AGM will be a spill if Regal votes like it did last November.
