I say the house has many assets--a spa,pool,right-on mower--all not working --yet they have potential--as I don`t have the cash to fix these assets--they are all valued at nothing ! The price buyers(the market) is willing to pay is the true value--at this stage 1.3c--with-out all the potential ! Burp--what time is it !!EST ?
