If potential or current clients don't like - for whatever reason and rightly or wrongly - the CEO/COO/culture - then that is catastrophic

The new CEO has a proven track record of excellent relationship building and deal delivery - if as you say Writer the tech is actually really good - he seems to be the right man to reset current and potential client relationships both directly and in terms of the broader revamped HTG team and approach
