Knowing our luck they'll clean up the ATO issues and Hunter Vendors will drop the axe (as noted in the offer document). I wonder whether the Skill Hire vendors have a similar claim? Ironic that the Hunter concerns relate to non-disclosure.

Buy recommendation remains, but not at any price. If things come good the upside will be fantastic. Until then it's hold and hope.
