    Yes I guess it might be hard for Cto to say something like . Due to our incompetence,in lodging the report late,ASIC have decided to take a very close look at us,as due to the huge amount of debt we have ,and so little money in the bank ,and the fact we are trying to forward sell gold we can't mine ,because we are having difficulty raising funds to mine again,because we have never delivered on any of our previous forecasts when we were mining.. Nothing to worry about really.
