on page 3 it says:
The net tangible assets per ordinary share for the half-year ended 30 june 2014 were (us$0.016) (31 december 2013: (us$0.043)).
after kicked out all previous share holders and forgave >$300m debt the new share holders are still ended with nothing.
that is why sp is still at 10c.
