In the past year we:

Did nothing
Tried to raise lots of capital to keep paying director salaries with no chance of any progress on increasing shareholder value
Received a loan at 6% which is unbelievably low given no revenues, no chance of raising capital again and no future prospects as well as a terrible resource base
We planned to develop the progress of the progression report which is in development and we remain committed to these plans

Outlook: we will likely fold the company by the end of the year since we still owe the 200k for the loan and can't possibly say that we have been focusing on compliance and the lodgement of our accounts, again in six months time
