Directors aren't buying more stock.
There have been no notifications and I very much doubt they will since they are just milking the cow till it dies.
Also, there were 58 million new shares issued as part of the placement at .003. Volumes since then total 4.51million.
When the share price moved from .04 to .09 after the placement, only $4,000 worth of shares were purchased.
So I would say that some silly person decided to buy some stock and it moved the price upward due to a thin sell side at the time.
