Think I remember that was in Tunisia , then there was the "Arab Spring" where the then govt they had made the deal with got thrown out in a coup de' tat , and they lost their permitting which can not blame ADX for IMHO .
Still I would agree with your overall consensus corporately ADX is being run more for the Directors than for the shareholders , but I am happy with bottom feeding what is left over on the plate .
