Up nearly 30% on big volume for this stock, and thats after dropping pathetic HY numbers where the only winners are the ones drawing salaries and consulting fee's. They arent spending much on the projects, look at the numbers. Clearly needs to raise funds given the financial position described by hoodle and then this happens. The asx is a circus. All in my own opinion, of course.
