    I hear what people are saying about cash backing and discounting, can't say I disagree with that sentiment as a stand alone idea.

    What I don't get is what has happened to the $70m that CVN was free carried for Pheonix? Can't see this in the accounts anywhere, also there is no value to the $70m they have banked for ROC either?
