    ASX and ASIC rules for listed mining companies provide for Half Year Financials to be released no later than 75 days from period end so they are within compliance requirements.

    Hopefully they have been more than busy with Mits and other parties and finalising conditions precedent to finally sign off and get things moving...heres hoping!!
