It is probably fair to say that "management" has not kept up with a fast developing business.
Any good business has to keep all factors at the same speed and this is almost impossible, but the people at the top have to recognize it when it happens and do something before it is a problem
It must also not be forgotten that this is still a "developing" business and not fully productional, like a mine that has got some good gold out of the ground but has not opened the main seams yet
