If it was indeed a case of helping to pay for a rig slot, albeit that CVN saw value for themselves in participating, perhaps a "quid pro quo" could to be considered by Q for Cerberus. After all, there does seem to be clear and de risked value in a Cerberus drill. .IMHO only of course.
