I would suggest that the biggest positive indicator today is it's NOT being sold off, given that the ASX is generally in the red today and volumes are low. I would expect it will take a few days for that report to get upward traction. Regardless there's nothing much to buy in real quantities anyway. World markets are becoming increasingly volatile as has been discussed before. Gold continues to climb.
