Accept the loss as an unforeseen circumstance of life. Don't focus on the company or the people that made it happen. Stop looking at the loss, the company and the BOD -remove it from your life.
Remember all the work that put you in the position to risk it. Do it all again this time smarter and harder. Recovery can occur once you accept it, educate yourself as much as you can to succeed.
And most importantly don't suffer in silence, talk to confidants, let them help you talk through a potentially life changing loss and give you options to embrace for recovery.
