To those who think TUL will do a capital raise; ask yourself this question:
Why on earth would they sell their own shares (cap raise) instead of those of a third party (Pantoro)? They can raise about $30 mill from selling the PNR holding. More than enough to fund their share of pre-production expenses at Norseman.
