    First thing to think about is, to spend US$ 1.4 Billon dollars to build a fertilizer mine and procession plant IMO will take 2 to 3 years before you have a product to sell.

    Carrinho is the corner stone to all the Angola Government hope it happens, and MNB plain to sell Phosphate fertilizer.
