    Yes you are correct, but why can’t they start construction?
    The Africans might be thinking we won’t lend now because the guy in charge will not be able to achieve the task in time.
    So to them, wait for another season they can go and raise some other capital to carry over.
    Abysmal failures by management have been notated in DD, there has never been a clear and concise plan that has achieved timelines.
    If I lose a trade in this well it’s my bad luck on a punt that they will got the money.
    I feel sorry for the people who purchased this stock at 17 or 11 cents on reading the exaggerated claims of the pumpers on this forum.
