    IMO You are spot on,

    October/November is the start of the WET season and MNB is starting to pour concrete.

    Construction of phase 1 is going to happen through the wet season I hope not but expect delays

    even without delays MNB will only have 2/3 months production before the end of planting time next year.

    this is IMO do hope others can expand on it. agree or disagree all welcome.
