Nice post! This takes me back to the wild days of the 1980's when Bond, Elliott, Holmes a'Court and others were buying up moribund companies and asset stripping them. Those corporate cowboys would be salivating at the opportunity that is CCV if they were around today.
Meanwhile in the 21st Century, I know a couple of promising Fintech companies that would love to get their hands on the cash CCV has in the bank, not to mention the continuing cash flow that the business generates.
