Being able to: - identify the right sort of properties, - buy...

Being able to:

- identify the right sort of properties,
- buy those properties at the right price,
- develop those properties smartly,
- manage those properties prudently,
- structure property assets optimally,

.... and then to overlay all of that with some rat-cunning financial engineering in the form of the right sort of ownership structures.

Doing all of that sounds difficult to do, yet these guys make it look so easy.

So I keep wondering to myself, "Where's the catch?"
