Clime seem to like this one. Its a bit of strange beast 70% property investor and 30% Fund Manager. I guess it needs a lot of capital to seed its funds As $140m of the market cap is represented by the Properties then $40m for a Funds Management business that should create about $12m in Funds Management earnings is not bad. They also seem to be reasonable property managers as well so expect about 5% growth in FUM with the investments.
