With the the awarding of the FDA's Rare Pediatric Disease Designation and Orphan Drug Designation for REVASCOR As Treatment For Severe Congenital Heart Disease it really does have very promising irons (plural) in the fire once again with the FDA. There is no way commercial interest from other quarters doesn't at least rise if MSB makes some progression therein....R&D by big pharma has been terrible in the last 20 years of course:

...and increasingly outsourced to academic institutions and small er companies via partnerships. Smaller companies like MSB time and again are wearing the early risky stages of innovative medical R&D with big Pharma coming in to buy the tattered remains:



No way the big boys simply idly sit back and watch, they will come in once MSB gets through the risky steps, as so often has been the case in the falling internal R&D model coupled with increased outsourcing and acquiisition of R&D by big pharma for decades:


The sharks will be circling watching for the merest sign of a cheap easy meal....
